Today, Theo provides in-depth support on the complex technical issues for our customers and resellers. He is also responsible for initial installations on the server side and finetuning systems so that workflow automation is optimized.
TV–guide scripts save considerable time and money for our clients automating the conversion of TV data, delivered in a proprietary format, to information that can flow directly and accurately into final pages.
With his combined skills, Maarten not only works closely with customers and resellers, responding to requests for customer support, but also tests new software developments and beta version. This crossover gives him an excellent overview to efficiently resolve customer problems and challenges.
