PlanSystem3’s North American success leads to sale of distributor
rights to Quad/Graphics
Amsterdam, November 4, 2005 – In the wake of tremendous success for
North American sales of Van
Gennep’s planning, process and workflow management system, PlanSystem3™,
Van Gennep has sold the
exclusive North American distribution rights for the system to its distributor
and partner for that region,
Quad/Graphics.
In accordance with the Quad/Graphics agreement, Van Gennep will maintain
a financial interest in North
American sales for the system, and work in partnership with Quad/Graphics
to further develop the system for the
specific requirements of the North American market.
